UAL University made up of six colleges and over 19,000 students from all over the world is offering postgraduate (master’s and graduate diploma) and other scholarships. The full postgraduate scholarship in The UK at £50000 will cover accommodation at any one of the UAL’s residence halls, tuition fees as well as contribute to the costs of living. A variety of courses in Art and Design are offered in the institution including Photography, Media, Journalism, Design among others. Eligibility
Applicants must either meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have received an offer to study a full-time course in master’s at one of the six colleges in UAL beginning 2022/2023 academic year
- The candidate’s course must offer either MSc, MRes, MBA, MFA, MA, M ARCH, or Grad Dip qualification
- Students who already hold a UK postgraduate taught qualification (whether abroad or in the UK) are not eligible to apply
- Candidates must be residents in one of the developing countries listed in the qualifying nation states on the website
- Applicants need to provide their ID card, a copy of their immigration documents, or official proof of their address as part of their application Or They should be asylum seekers in the UK at the date of scholarship application
- Their yearly household income needs to be a maximum of 50,000 euros or less (or the equivalent value of exchange in a qualifying nation state’s currency) at the date of application. Please visit an updated currency conversion at Oanda Trade Currency Exchange
- Applicants need to provide a personal statement as their application document. The personal statement should not exceed 350 words per question as stated below:
- Description of how receiving a postgraduate scholarship shall make a difference to you
~Describing how you would use the postgraduate qualification to support your future plans
~Highlighting how you would handle challenges in your home country
~Telling how you would maintain the social justice values and environmental stewardship
Application Process
Once candidates receive an offer to study at UAL, their ‘my funding’ page in the application portal shall be updated showing application forms for the scholarship they are eligible for. For application visit the official website
